1. Product Authenticity
All products sold on UNFOLD are 100% genuine and sourced from official distributors or directly from the brand.

2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours. Once confirmed, they cannot be modified or canceled.

3. Payment
We accept payments via Bkash, Nagad, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Full payment must be made including delivery charges.

4. Delivery Timeline

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–2 business days

  • Outside Dhaka: 2–4 business days
    Delays may occur during holidays or special campaigns.

5. Return & Exchange
Products can only be returned if damaged or incorrect. Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item with proof (photo/video).

6. Privacy
Your personal information is protected. We don’t sell or share your data with third parties.
