🚚 How Does Our Delivery Process Work?

Once you place your order, our team inspects the items to ensure they meet our quality standards.
After a final check, we pack your products and hand them over to our trusted delivery partners.

Our delivery agents will bring the package to your doorstep as quickly as possible.
If they’re unable to reach you, they’ll contact you to arrange a convenient time or update the delivery location.

📦 How Are Items Packaged?

We pack every order with care:

  • Products come in cardboard boxes or custom shopping bags

  • Each item is wrapped in bubble wrap

  • Fragile items like bottles get extra protection

Your invoice is included inside the package.

💸 Delivery Charges

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳60

  • Outside Dhaka: ৳100

⏱️ Estimated Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka: 2–3 working days

  • Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days
