If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please return it to UNFOLD and we’ll arrange for a replacement. Conditions apply:

  • Please check the order in front of the delivery person.

  • If any defect is found, inform our Customer Service team as soon as possible with a clear photo.

  • The complaint must be made within 5 days of receiving the product.

  • After internal review, our team will arrange a replacement or process a refund within 10 working days.

  • Used, tested, or opened liquid products are not eligible for exchange or refund.

  • Products with broken seals or those that do not suit you are not eligible under the return policy.

  • In exceptional cases of return, the customer must cover transportation costs.

  • The original invoice must be included with the return.

How to send your product to UNFOLD? How much will it cost?

If you're in Dhaka, our Customer Service team will arrange a pickup free of charge.
If you're outside Dhaka, send your return via Sundarban Courier Service or S.A. Paribahan. If your return is approved, we’ll reimburse the courier cost.
